Dear Bling Clink & Chic Community
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, with original packaging, seals, tags, and all accessories). Returns will undergo a quality check, and items not in original condition may be sent back.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing us and calling our customer service. If the order has already been delivered, you can refuse the parcel upon delivery.
Refund Process:
- Store Credit: 1-2 business days after quality check.
- Bank Deposit: 7-12 business days after quality check.
- Credit Card Reversal: 1-3 business days after quality check..

If your return request is not approved, we’ll inform you of the reason and return the product without shipping charges.
